How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches out to Demandfactor Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Demandfactor Mold Help
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Demandfactor Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@demandfactor.world and include:
- Your name and a good way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
